When structuring a business, it is usually best for it to be owned by a trust. You can then make anyone you wish as a beneficiary of that trust. If your company is in your own name, then it may be worth moving it to a trust...
 
Well, one thing is that your crypto are traceable from the court, and another one is that they will spend resources on that, unless you're kind of a drug master dealer criminal. If it's not very obvious the trace (don't use KYC) I doubt they go that way. Also, is very different to have the "conviction" that x money in y wallet is yours than being able to confiscate those funds.

Aside from crypto, I would say just don't keep any goods in your country. If your money is abroad is very difficult to block it, and definitely I don't think that will happen with something as a divorce. So if you live in the US for instance, I would try to spread money in some bank accounts let's say in Panama, Paraguay, or any other country like that. If you like to do some research, I read that Saint Kitts and Nevis is one of the safest jurisdictions around, and in case of legal prosecution it's virtually impossible that they end up getting your money.
