How to open personal Bank account in Serbia as a non resident from EU

Hello all,
I am reading so much great topics around for which I am very‌ greatful! Its wanderful that such forum exists!
I am traveling next week to Serbia, Belgrade‍ with hte hope to open a personal bank account. I am a Bulgarian citizen and⁠ I am not resident of Serbia.
My plan is to buy a property in Serbia,⁤ but also hopefully use that account to withdraw some crypto to it. Anyone with experience⁣ with this? I am planning to use Binance/Kraken to TW to Serbian Bank. Do you⁢ think this is a good idea? I am willing to pay someone who can help︀ me open the account with me or assist me anyhow in the process.

PS Is there a threat in the forum especially for Banks where you︂ can open account remotely without visiting?

I opened in Sberb bank a personal bank account in very easy way, just 2/3‌ years ago. Just me and my passport. I was in Novi Sad.
Just a good‍ idea as is not CRS.

Which bank did you opened‍ with? Did they ask you for temporary residence? Did you use any EMI with this⁠ account?

As I wrote I‍ opened with Sberb Bank , a big russian bank.
I opened a rubble account and⁠ this type of account has no ebanking, so next time I go there ( because⁤ covid) I’ll open an euro account with ebanking.
