How to know if my offshore company is registered duly?

All new stuff to me! I have been around for almost 2 years without posting and have been so grateful to found this forum.


How can I make sure that my offshore company is duly registered?

You will want to request all the original incorporation documents to be send to you by e-mail / SCAN AND courier service.

• Share Certificate
  
• Directors Register
  
• Share Register
  
• Management Service Agreement

If it is not a Seychelles company you are looking for then they are almost the same for most offshore companies.

Are these documents to be provided by scan or original courier also?

Please ask your CSP to provide them both as SCAN and as original by courier.

This is useful information. Can you confirm that they are the same documents for a Belize and Panama company?
