How to hide your IP address while using anonymous bank account ?

What is the best way to hide your IP address when you using anonymous bank account...
What tools are you using for that ?
I heard about TOR ...but Most website block their IP ....If somehow works.......Speed is really slow...You can not do anything about it...
What is the best precaution to take to hide you real IP address when you use anonymous bank account ?

I use a few EU EMIs in Europe with a prepaid sim and I only use the 4g connection without VPN.
But each account responds differently! I actually never use TOR for bank accounts

You could use residential proxies, if you are in a big city, try to find a provider matching it. If not, always use one near, not the actual one.

I'll recommend Yilu Proxy, but it's a shady chinese company... but aren't all proxy providers a bit shady?
