I am from western europe, I left my country 5 years ago and lived in canada for 3 years 1 year ago with all the covid issues I moved to estonia I opened my company and took residency, my business is going well and i am happy to have escaped my evil country in western europe. Now I'm targeting the US for medium term living (maybe long term, but can't be sure of anything in the modern world) I miss the North American countryside and I target alsaka or montana. Do you guys know if it is possible for me to get the green card or some other kind of residency with my company or something. I searched for the way to get the green card and everything seems very complicated unless you are lucky in the lottery or find an american wife?

Read about E-2 visa.

The E-2 nonimmigrant classification allows a national of a treaty country‌ to be admitted to the United States when investing a substantial amount of capital in‍ a U.S. business.

It is sad that the current administration allows wide-open borders along the southern U.S. border‌ and rampant illegal immigration, but will not allow hard-working industrious capitalists to legally immigrate to‍ the U.S. from Europe. The socialists in the U.S. are sick and twisted.

It's the same game in europe and canada, they let in⁤ everything that comes from africa and complicate the entry of qualified immigration. Actually I don't⁣ think the goal is really to push socialism they really want to destroy european civilization⁢ so they push everything they can in that direction IMO the first goal is to︀ destroy genetics and solidity of the group in Europe in North America.

No I dont talk about eugenics⁣ but disgenics it's the contrary, they push into disgenism to maximize control.

And sorry but⁢ your article is a complete joke, to push this kind of article you probably never︀ put a foot in west europe.

Please if you dont know what you are talking︁ about dont look for propaganda article to proove something you never experiment.

I must admit that many of the "findings" declared in the article did not make any‍ logical sense.

Meanwhile:

It seems︁ that I can hardly turn on a TV show from the U.S. or from the︂ UK without seeing a blonde woman either married or paired with a black man. Yet,︃ I never see that in real life -- and I live just outside a major︄ urban area. This push toward politically-correct miscegenation is obviously orchestrated by the elite in Hollywood,︅ the UK, and elsewhere as part of the ongoing planned destruction of Western civilization.

So, how is this all related to the topic of U.S. residency? You had better plan︆ to home school your children, and keep your television off, if you live in the︇ U.S. -- or else live in a very conservative area where the parents control the︈ school board, not the teacher's union. When exposed to it in school, children will often︉ emulate the black or Hispanic ghetto culture, even in suburban areas. Rather than teaching reading,︊ writing, or math, activist teachers may groom your children to change sexes. Public schools are︋ a mess.

The practical answer to your question is to hop over the border with Mexico with‌ no documents. You will get an id and you will be asked to await further‍ instructions. Years later when you are contacted, you will have a choice of pursuing your case, go underground or leave. There is also a chance of amnesty. Most likely after⁤ some time, you will no longer have a desire to live in the US and⁣ assume with responsibilities that come with it. You will then leave in peace.

Yes it is the plan actually. Even if there is many problems in the US it is still the safer place to⁤ live in the western civilization imo (if you accept to leave the west I agree⁣ there is far better options but I have not accepeted it yet) I think europe⁢ will have a very bad moment mostly because europeans accepted what is happening and they︀ dont want to fight at all, where north american still try to find solution to︁ survive, it is most important to me.

The saddest thing about this︈ comment is that I dont know if it is a joke or not, actually it︉ could be true I won't be surprised 🙂

It is absolutely true. Not a joke. President Trump had the Southern border‍ under control. But on day number one in office, President Biden reversed all of Trump's immigration policies. The federal government literally stopped building the fence and sold all the materials⁤ off as scrap.

Since then, immigrants have come through the Southern border at a record⁣ pace, including from Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Haiti, the Middle East, Asia, and elsewhere. Immigrants are⁢ actually flying from Haiti to Central America and then taking ground transport to Mexico. It︀ is absolutely insane. It is clear that the Democrats are purposely trying to destroy the︁ last bulwark of Western Civilization. The good news is that they will lose control of︂ Congress in the mid-term elections this November, but the damage is done.

Guys can we stick to the original topic and try not to deviate too far‌ please. Lets not turn this into something else. The hammer will come down on this‍ thread if it is not productive to initial question...thanks 😀

If you can get Canadian citizenship (you were already there for three years), then you‌ have more options, like getting a TN permit (which can convert to a green card).‍ Otherwise, in most cases it depends on your education and work experience. It sounds like you aren't a HNWI so E2 or EB5 are no go. Assuming you don't want⁤ to be an employee via HB-1, you could consider an executive transfer L visa with⁣ appropriately structured LLCs and financing and time to create yourself an executive transfer scenario to⁢ USA. I know of two people that have done that successfully, though it took some︀ time to plan and creativity.

As a previous poster suggested, you could roll the dice︁ and sneak across the border and eventually move to a sanctuary city. You will be︂ an "illegal alien", but you can stay pretty much as long as you want, until︃ you decide to cross the US border (then they probably won't let you back in,︄ at least not through an official checkpoint). Many states and cities are offering progressively more︅ rights to such individuals, even issuing official driver's licenses. Being an illegal has never been︆ so good.

I should rephrase my last sentence for clarity. Being an "illegal" has never been as‌ good as it is now. Let's go Brandon! I've met people that migrated to USA‍ as infants or kids and are now adults (20-30 years old), and they are still considered illegal, cannot go back to Mexico to visit their family, have to jump through⁤ the holes in the Swiss cheese to live, but they working, educated, and successful. No⁣ reason you can't do that, if you love to be in USA for 10 years⁢ and leave later after (or maybe by then, there will be some legal status for︀ illegal aliens). The cash economy is quite effective over there. Not all sunshine and rainbows,︁ but it can be done very well.

The TN visa is a good option for Canadians, however, it is not a dual intent visa and can't convert to a green card.

There's no point in hopping the Mexican border if⁤ you already have visa-free access to the USA lol.

It's way easier if you just enter through the Tijuana border and stay.
The California‌ government will take care of you.

I can tell you this: it is far easier for an illegal‍ immigrant who crosses the border to open a bank account in the U.S. than it is for a law-abiding traveler who arrives in the U.S. by legal means. Utter insanity.⁤
