How to get the easiest formal tax residency? My country asks me to be tax resident somewhere

Do they give tax residency just for‌ apartments and business, with 0 days spent there?

I read about Mauritius that they have‍ law "if you have a permanent home then you are tax resident", but in practice, they don't give tax residency if you don't actually live there.

Paraguay could indeed be a good fit for you. You don't need to buy an‌ apartment or establish a company, unless you want to.
PY does not care about your‍ foreign income, so your US LLC income is out of scope.
The local banks are non-CRS. Tax Certificate is obtainable, even with 0 days stay.

It’s more nuanced than PwC says.

For you, the most‍ important thing is we can get it for you, once you are a resident.

Do you need the US LLC? You could be a freelancer in UAE (admittedly you'd‌ still need to pay small taxes), or an Individual Entrepreneur in Georgia with 1% taxes‍ (if you meet the criteria).

Wouldn't work if the US LLC is doing something material in US, but then the P/E rules wouldn't be a problem anyway.

Want to solve my questions legally without any shady things. If there is no‍ law, then it's shady.

again get yourself a Vanuatu PR card 10 years validity for 7k USD and be‌ on the safe side. All done remotely.
Period.

Why it's a lie if it's obtained legally? Country asks me to be a tax resident somewhere, and some country considers me a tax resident. All legal. Why you consider⁤ that "a lie obtained legally"?

Paraguay is pretty easy and cheap .
Get temporary residency , then apply for cedula‌ + RUC .
Then pay some taxes , I would recommend more than 800 USD‍ .
Then you can apply for tax residency certificate .

He doesn’t need to pay taxes to be eligable for tax certificate.

// but yes⁤ he needs RUC
