How to get PayPal account for my offshore company in Seychelles?

The time has run fast while I have been around reading and learning. Today I signed up to this wonderful forum to get answers.

I have already a Seychelles Company, how can I open a PayPal account for this Company?

I read that it is possible to open personal accounts but how about Seychelles PayPal accounts can that be done some way or other?

You think with a company registered in the Seychelles and fake Seychelles⁠ passport and utility bill it should be possible to open a Seychelles PayPal account? theoretical⁤ it sounds good! What are the rules in the Seychelles if a local person incorporate⁣ a Seychelles corp there, wouldn't they get taxed? and what do you think, won't the⁢ agent not check if that person lives there, the Seychelles is a small island!
