How to get money out of PayPal without bank account?

I have a strange question. But how can I get money out of my PayPal account if I don't have a bank account setup in my PayPal account?

For various reasons I don't want my bank account attached to this PP account but on the other hand I can't spend all the money just with shopping around on the net and for that reason I look for a easy and not too expensive way to get the money out of my account.

What would you suggest to be the best for my situation?

Using an exchange service is what most are doing I have seen the following service to be valid:

From what I have tried the easiest is to open an account with some of the digital currency "banks" like worldcore, LeuPay, AdvanceCash, Xapo etc. and find an exchange service that will exchange your money from PayPal and into these accounts in either EUR or USD!
