Hi, i would like to know how to get a credit card in UAE,
i am on a freelance visa, self-employed, and already have an ENBD account.

i requested the bank, but they say your salary is coming from a company abroad which is not registered in UAE, so not possible, does any one have other solution?

Offer them a fixed deposit of the Credit line. Solves this.

salary comes from abroad in USD in my ENBD USD account, thats the issue, they dont consider that as a salary for purpose of a loan or credit card, also even if its a uae company they want atleast 20 employees in the company i think

You can get an employer of reference in the UAE, which also allows you to get a mortgage more easily at better rates.
If it's just for a credit card, it's probably not worth it though, better to just use a fixed deposit.

And as to benefits from credit cards, the best benefits are by far from US credit cards. And with a US LLC you can get an ITIN, open bank accounts in the US, build a credit record, and get the best US credit cards. Takes some planning and time, but doable.

Thanks, my goal to get a credit card was, the local features and benefits it offers, such as buying things on installments, Airport Transfers, Lounge access, Careem discounts, cashback etc.

If you receive your rent from apartment in UAE in your UAE bank (as golden visa resident) does that qualify you for credit card?
