Some of the people I work with have people who walk around in mostly Eastern Europe to find poor people and buy their identity. They will help them get a passport if they don't already have one. Mostly Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary. They give them a few hundred euro, which can be one or a few months salary. ”” You'd be amazed how many crypto exchanges, forex websites, and offshore gambling operators are owned by homeless or poor people from those countries.

Those countries are also popular because of difficulties performing automatic, electronic background checks.

That's probably the best way to do it, since you then have complete control over the person.

If you find someone on Facebook or online marketplace, there is a risk that the person you partner with has agency enough to take your company's money and run. Unless you are an actual criminal organization with enforcers, there's not much you can do in a situation like that.

If change log-in password after completed the registration process?

But it's may better to get someone totally "virgin" with computer/network skills 😛

They can just call up the bank and say "Hey, I am Mr. So-and-so and I lost my token/PIN/password, can you please send me a new one?" and there goes your money. You want to avoid that risk.

You need to find someone you can trust 100% even when things start going south, and/or someone over whom you can exercise effective control. Usually through threat of violence, since you don't have any real legal recourse in most cases.

There's a reason the criminal types prefer homeless and destitute people. I've had discussions with these people during which they argue what they're doing is not only morally defensible, but that it's even an act of benevolence to give these people money and all they ask in return is something that has no negative repercussions for the person.

Apparently it's common for the old ladies at the flower markets in Sofia to sell their identities if the right person asks them. They can either make a lev or two from selling their products, or they can make over a thousand lev from selling their identity.

This is the probably the answer to your question.

Normally you ask your agent that has registered the company for your to appoint a nominee director or shareholder. You may approch some of the company service providers around to help you.

That's for sure the right way to go. You may ask a law firm to help you with the appointing of director and shareholder, most of the more reputable law firms you can trust they won't run with anything.

@Oreo86 Depending on the size of your business and budget you can go to companies that actually specialize in providing local directorship and company management for firms looking to expand operations in that country.
