How to do promotion via twitter without annoying anybody?

Anyone has tips to do promotion via twitter without annoying anybody? Because too much people promote their website/product/service via that social bookmarking now, and more and more people start to feel annoyed. Please share.. thank you!

You can't really promote stuff on Twitter if you want to please everyone. I'm actually working on a website which will help people make money from Twitter and other social networks. It isn't live yet, but in a month or so it should be!!
