How to divide shares for a Belize offshore company?

We are 5 owners of a new software / online service and want to register a Belize company but have all to have the same number of shares, how can we divide the shares?

Do we just inform the agent to do this or do we have to change it later when the company registration has been executed or how is it?

Just tell your agent how many shares each shareholder shall be given and he will‌ arrange for it, no problem.

You are very helpfull. I‍ want to own 100% of the shares in the offshore company I will be setting⁠ up very soon when I have found a country to setup the company.
