How to charge cards I have? Darks?

I have a bunch of cards I would like to charge. Problem is I do not have a merchant account. Whats the best way to cash out these cards?

They are all prepaid debit cards that I bought with crypto at a discount. They are legitimate/not stolen etc.
Should I make my own merchant account If so, what sort of goods should I sell that do not attract attention for high volume of transactions?

Alternatively, should I incorporate somewhere with darks to avoid taxes? If so, how/where?

There are many services that let you top up your account with a debit card. I.e. Advcash, Revolut, Kraken and many many more. Once your account is loaded you want to transfer the money to your local account.
