How to be sure to setup 100% anonymous offshore company?

I read about dark documents, second citizenship, no public registry for instant in Seychelles. BUT how can I be 100% sure that no one ever will find out that I registered my offshore company at any jurisdiction?

What I mean is, can I be sure that the service provider won't tell anyone what my real name and address is? Because I will have to provide him with my personal papers notarized!??

Seems you got confused about all of this! You will not let any‌ service provider know what documents you have send to him! That's how it work.
