How to bankrupt small publicly traded companies using only brokerage account ?

If some small time company around $30-50 million market cap.....
and You are billionaire....Is it even possible to finish this company using only broker account ?

There are many legal way to bankrupt small company....But my question is Only using brokerage account with Hugh balance ....

Just curious about it .....Sorry for ignorance in advance...
