Hello, I would like to hear your suggestions about setting up a company structure for avoiding paying VAT for my B2C customers based in EU. My business is 100% legit, we sell coaching services with revenue around 50k/month. I'm looking a solution for avoiding paying like, such as using a US LLC. The problem with US LLC is banking and payment processors, in particular, most of my customers uses Klarna through Stripe or PayPal 3 installments. I was thinking about setting up a UK LTD using nominees shareholder and director that works as a payment processor, sending all money to the US LLC, may it work as a solution? Or anyone else can suggest other solutions?
