How to accept credit card payments on File Hosting Sites?

Before 2012 it was easy for them to just get paypal account but now its almost impossible with paypal.

I believe bigger ones owns their own merchant account but is there any reliable payment gateways still accepts them (file hosting sites like rapidgator, mega etc.)?
