How should I monetize my suppliers/vendors and retail clients?

Dear friends,

As you all know, I have suppliers/vendors in Asia and retail clients overseas (overseas as in outside China). My wholesale clients I don't want to mess with since they are big companies.

***BUT*** my retail clients is another story. They are fair game, but I am NOT sure how to even monetize them without stretching myself too thin.

My strength is suppliers/vendors here in China and other parts of Asia. When you are known as a wholesale buyer, suppliers/vendors flock to you.

I want to monetize the suppliers/vendors. I was thinking of becoming a Sub-ISO and provide my suppliers/vendors/factories with high-risk credit card merchant accounts (hereinafter HRCCMAs). Gaming, online casino, replicas, research peptides, vitamins, "super vitamins" 🤣 etc etc

1. How can I accomplish this?
2. Who are the big high-risk credit card processors? Where can I find a list of them?
3. What will it take to bring them suppliers/vendors, have them look at them, if approved, onboarded, and make sure the HRCCMAs do NOT circumvent me or cut me off?
4. How many bps can I expect?

I'm open to other or better ideas, too, since I am NOT sure what to do. I know what I want: Monetize my contacts...but how?🙄

I was telling a friend here on another chat app that in 2014 at the ICE TOTALLY GAMING show in London, two blondes were trying to get me to sign up to become their affiliate and my interest in them was "anatomy"🤣. These girls literally tried everything and I was TOO stupid and too h0rny to look at that business. - I'm NOT kidding when I tell you all I am a slow learner. It takes me a while to "catch up"

Short answer: stay away from the “high risk” processing business. I will go into details in a new thread. The only real solutions for high risk businesses are cloaking (a pain in the ass) and crypto. All high risk processors at some point either have problems or rug pull. Don’t think you can fool V/MC in 2026.

You have good contacts, they trust you. So don’t burn that trust selling them some processing crap just to collect a small rebate for a few months.
Sell them something valuable.
Otherwise you make a few bucks now, and later you’re stuck managing angry people who lost money because the “solution” stopped working.
