The costs to renew and maintain a company (regardless where it is registered) depend on‌ the number of invoices, the agent and how complicate a structure you have.

Typically costs‍ start at €2000 per annum but as I say it is like to ask what⁠ cost a car!

The costs depends mainly on the number of transactions. But what are exactly the "transactions"‌ taken into account? bank's transactions or even every PSP transactions?

For instance, my clients will‍ make 10k transactions (deposits + withdrawals) per year through Paypal.
We withdraw to our bank⁠ account every month, thus 12 transactions per year.
