How long in advance must renewal fee paid for offshore company?

I need to know if it is 1 year or 2 years or more?


In the quote I got it says renewal fee $150 / year for offshore company and services.

Normally you pay the annual fee every year! Also normally, it is included in the setup fee.

Which offshore jurisdiction is the proposal for if I may ask? Or rather, what offshore jurisdiction are you looking for to incorporate a company?

A friend of mine didn't renewed his company and didn't pay for closing the company! Sudden day he looked in his mail box and found several letters directed to his personal address from the offshore company. Over was the privacy :angry:
