How long for a nominee to sign my documents?

I incorporated a Seychelles company with nominee director and shareholder! So far so good 🙂 Now I'm waiting for the nominee director to sign my banking application, how long shall I wait for them to do so?


I have been waiting for 2 weeks now:s-confused:

It depends very much on the workload of the Lawyers in the Seychelles and where‌ in the queue your documents are, in general they strive to get it done asap.‍

Well, the nominees I use are only take maybe 1 hour to sign any documents‌ not days or even weeks.. Admin you will want to look for some other nominees‍ or employ more staff 😉

Do they actually read what they⁠ sign or they just sign?
