Has anybody had an experience of using RCB in Cyprus ( http://www.rcbcy.com ), particularly in regards to a personal current bank account?

What has their customer service been like?

Do they make it awkward to set-up outbound wire transfers?

How good is their internet banking?

Thanks!

Are they on the Greek or Turkish part of Cyprus?

click "contact us" and you will find this:

2, Amathountos Street, P.O.Box 56868, 3310, Limassol, Cyprus

They are in the Cyprus.

Ther are no problems with this bank, they have almost the same customer support like any other Cyprus based bank, so the Internet banking is the same and the provided services are!

I'm sure you have certain reason choosing Russian bank in Cyprus. Others will go for BoC

I have not much experience but i would go with some reputed bank provider and not with new ones who lack in trust.

Maybe because of multicurrency card which knows in which currency to process your payments avoiding exchange fees, lower fees for maintenance and decent bug-free mobile app that was not made by random indians? + the only bank in Cyprus offering merchant account

What bank did you use in Cyprus which is Russian owned?

That's actually good news do you use their service for card processing?

And how have you set this up with them, I mean, don't they require company with substance and local ?

Not yet, I'm going to apply soon. Professional nominee director should be sufficient (depending on nature of business).

Going to apply for a corporate account with them as well. If you guys are interested I can share my experience later

I have been a customer of this bank in the past, years ago, never had issues back then. Time has changed so banks have changed their policy, despite the changes I believe they are still good and you can find user reviews around here by reputable forum members.
