how get new offshore company in Seychelles?

If you create a Seychelles Company which is a pretty straight forward process you will also need to obtain a bank account for that company. An existing account is unlikely to be of any use to you. Additionally Paypal will not work with a Seychelles Company so a different solution will be needed. Normally a card processing facility would be arranged (not Paypal as they are too fussy).

as @James Turner it's an easy process. You can find any agent that is able to form a Seychelles company and ask him to do the job, takes only 2 - 3 days and you have the company including e-mailed documents.

I setup a company with offshorecorpgroup they were cheaper than Turner Little which was what count for me.
