How fast will you upgrade my account after bitcoin payment to Mentor Group?

But how do you include an attachment (e.g. payment confirmation) using the contact form?

You can simply include a link to the transaction which most btc wallets make available. Otherwise include the screenshot in the message when you get a reply from us and finally, simply send the hash code you also get when you make a btc payment.

Should really not be a problem.
