Can you tell me what is the current situation with EMI's are they all license‌ in Lithuania or Malta? Isn't there any other place in Europe?

The UK accounted for nearly half the EMI's in EU and Lithuania comes in⁠ a distant second place and Malta third. So you are correct. However since UK is⁤ no longer in EU, Lithuania has taken the title for having the most EMI's in⁣ EU.
