How does the feedback system works?

Go to the Profile of any given user, click on "Feedback Stats"
OffshoreCorpTalk - Feedback System



From here you click "Add Feedback" - the same place you can see how many have given their feedback to the user.
OffshoreCorpTalk - Rate a user.
