How do you own UK real estate anonymously the "Russian" way?

Friends? Lawyers, straw men and trustees can be the best friends that money can buy.
PS: No money, no friends.

Absolutely, in cases like this, imagined friends are the best kind to have.

I mean, we in the West might look on that as primitive because we want all sorts of legal arrangements tying us together.

And then, you open The Telegraph geriatric money guide, and the first thing it will say is to get a Power of Attorney (potentially near limitless access to your assets) granted to a friend in case you get hit by a car or have dementia ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Give a Power of Attorney (potentially near limitless access to your assets) granted to a friend in case you get hit by a car or have dementia ...
The only problem with that is " a Power of Attorney (potentially near limitless access to your assets) granted to a friend " under the laws of most countries, is automatically revoked by death. Besides that, the "friend" can misuse or take your assets if they have an unlimited power of attorney.
It happens frequently --especially when the "friend" is also a relative. Another solution is owning things in Joint Tenancy with the right of survivorship. This avoids probate! But even there, your joint tenant can dispose of a half interest in your real estate or essentially all of your bank account while you are alive.

Make sure your friend isn't a lawyer, they are pigs and will take it all.

If money is your hope for independence you will never have it. The only real security that a man will have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience, and ability!
My personal favorite thread posted in the Mentor Group. Group of investment companies to avoid licensing.

Not all lawyers are money-grubbing liars who will cheat you. Just like all MDs are not going to fail to cure you to keep you as a cash cow. Even not all politicians are corrupt. It depends. A few are OK. Generally if rich and old (like me) they tend to be more objective and reliable. But not always!

Man I just came back from a lawyer and a Medical Examiner for a personal issue...
in the same day, a few hours apart:
1) the lawyer was bad-mouthing the MDs, telling me pretty much they are arrogant assholes.
2) the ME was bad-mouthing lawyers saying they just milk clients for money, picking the hardest ways to get to the point, so that the client ends up paying more.

it's just a circle jerk really, one should avoid both if possible! smi(&%

next time both will be in the same room, it will be nice to watch a battle of egos... sadly the ticket is not free, I'm the one paying for it 🙄
usually the lawyers are the ones bad-mouthing everyone else (police, judges etc), while actually they are usually much worse but know how to get away with it smi(&%

If you increase the amount of commission for the bank, your money gets clean somehow .. as i ve seen and heard..
