How detect a ewallet, go bernment.. who is using a VPN ?

Recently I see about a ewallet in France which guarantee that through of his PCI DSS compliant will block all connections from VPN.

How can detect a ewallet, financial institution or governement that you are using a VPN for login in his web?

It is about that they visit all VPN providers taking note of all the IP they offer for blacklist these IPs?

There are block lists available that list known VPN IP's. Some also look to see if an IP is a 'hosting IP' thus not used residential.

Which wallet are you refering to?

I dont remember it, was french company offering ewallet with direct debits and payment gateway, yesterday i checked about 30 ewallets... taha"¤%taha"¤%

If they should check all the VPN IP´s then it would not "protection from VPN" because could exist thousands of VPN IPs (and new IPs every day) and they could not cover even 10% of IPs

I understand that a provider who ensures offer protection from VPN it will have a sophisticated system security, it is like usa government, some banks etc
