How can we register a Cyprus company fast?

I need to know what the fastest is to incorporate a Cyprus company please?


Me and my partner are in need to get some credit card processing in Europe and we found a bank which accept Cyprus companies for the merchant payment processing.


It is urgent.

Cyprus companies typically take around two weeks to incorporate, I don't think there is‌ a faster way of doing it I'm afraid!

Alternative would be to acquire a Ready Made / Of the Shelf company which can‌ be used within 48 hours after your payment has been made.

Correct there are.. however, if one need a company urgently it is a option. If‌ you are not in a hurry I would rather incorporate a new company in Cyprus.‍

You can open an account fast and you will be in trouble if you use‌ illegal way to open an account

Get the documents ready. Find a Lawyer and get your documents notarized ( if ever‌ they require some notarization ). Make sure everything is in English. And last step, prepare‍ your money 🙂

I wonder why everything needs to be in English as what Anton have said? Does‌ it requires the documents to be in English even if Cyprus' native language isn't English?‍
