Ok, Localbitcoins was pretty good until they had to accept EU AML laws starting March 18, 2018. They had to put in place strict verification tiers and gone were the verification free cash dealings. Localmonero was setup in 2017, its based out of BVI and its main developer was from HK, since they are out of EU, they don't have to follow EU 5AMLD guidelines.
On Localmonero you don't have to be verified, you can use Tor and has a .onion address accessible via tor. You can trade︀ without any limitation and you can use escrow facility, just like good ol Localbitcoins of︁ 2014-15.
