How can I avoid or simply lower my businesses tax burden?

I have a onshore company in Spain and with the situation here I'm forced to reduce my costs! I already did so with everything hence only tax is left.

There will be tax complication to transfer the shares from your onshore company to the‌ offshore company if the onshore company already has started trading.
