It was a forum about money making which had offshore section with some knowledgable users and good content.

They disappeared one day without any announcement. Their offshore section was just a small part of the money making forum. There is some news here. But they were not the only ones who disappeared. I was following a good blog named Streb** who then launched a very good (content wise) forum as well and he closed down both the website and forum as well, without any explanation.
