Hong Kong Company: What are the Pros & Cons?

Let's say I want to set up a HK company for my Digital operations (ecommerce + services + consulting to customers in the EU/UK/USA).

What are the pros and also most importantly the cons of using a HK company for such activities?
(difficulties opening a bank account, trust with clients, tax audits, costs, etc...)
