Hong Kong company closed

We decided to close HK company and move it on Seychelles..


So, I have a question about our old HK company.. How long they kept information about closed companies (when we open / close company, bills, invoices, accounting info..)

You may ask your agency about that information. Usually you should have received all documents‌ regarding the company by courier once the HK company has been closed.

I checked with an agent in Hong Kong for the closuore of a company, they‌ said, all I have to do is to pay their fee and theu will close‍ the company. No requirements at all.

It's pretty easy to close a Hong Kong company, just pay the closure fee and‌ you are good. Your agent in Hong Kong will take care of the rest.
