High risk merchant processor

Can anyone recommend any high risk merchant processor for US/CA customers ?
Service would break some websites TOS by collecting data which is against their terms that's why its considered high risk.
Chargebacks very low

getting a new product started.
Volume will be arround 100k in the first two months‌ quickly increasing as its planned as an affiliate program

Does it require a license and where is your company incorporated ?

No license and company is registed in India as laws allow there these‌ kind of services.

India, make the entire case complicated. I don't know any payment processor that is into‌ high risk and accept Indian companies.

India, not allowed business, well well I believe it is going to be mission impossible‌ what you are looking for. There may be shady payment processors that will take your‍ business but risks are you not gonna get paid!
