Based on a research from the TMF Group in Amsterdam/ Netherlands the below list shows where it is most difficult to run and establish a business.

The most difficult countries are:

The easiest places in the world to run and establish a business are:

  • Jersey
  • Hong Kong
  • Ireland
  • Bonaire
  • Puerto Rico
  • Australia
  • Guernsey
  • United Kingdom
  • Barbados
  • New Zealand
Anyway seen in the light of safing taxes, anonymity and many other point of views they may not be optimal places to form a company if you ask me.

What I would look at and what is most important to me is, anonymity and low to no corporate tax.

Thanks you for sharing. I don't know why you mention the last point in your thread, but for instant Jersey, Hong Kong and Guernsey are typical tax heavens where you don't pay tax! You will find many who are actually setup their company there.
