Any specific reason to move to Spain? Tax wise it is a bad move.‌ If you are just after a Mediterranean lifestyle then move to Portugal as a resident‍ non-domicile and you pay no tax on foreign earnings.

Family reasons mostly, unfortunately I don't have a choice right now.

I know Spain⁤ is quite a tax hell, and that's why I would need a structure they can't⁣ find out about.
