I heard about an‌ Irish Foundation. The Foundation should - as far as I had been told - be‍ capable of doing business, but without me being the "owner" of the business. But I⁠ think it will be much more difficult to set up than a Wyoming LLC?

Both is easy to set up. The main question is to get a bank account‌ and to handle day to day operations , if your main interest is to secure‍ your privacy there are several options to achieve this
