I random saw lpoffshore.com mentioned in another forum as a recommendation. It seems they have been in business for a long time but I can't find many reviews. Has anyone hear heard or had experiences with them?

They seem to be stuck in 2007. It always amazed me to see a “price list” for companies: if you pay peanuts you get monkeys.

Agreed, and their prices for HK are outrageous lol. 3,000$ annually for gov fees and⁠ an address...

They have been around for a long time and they have had a fair share‌ of happy customers. I'm not sure if they have managed to keep up with the‍ changes in recent years, though, and they have faded away and lost their edge like⁠ most service providers that haven't adapted to the market.
