May be it is his bad luck, during global financial crisis he was in his chair. His efforts, contribution to Harvard Business School and world business communities are immense.

Mr. Jay Light ,Dean of Harvard Business School, was associated with such prestigious organization like Harvard Business School. Definitely finding his successor would be a difficult affair. We should not question his integrity of his 40+ years of service in Harvard Business School.
