Hello,

I am based in Australia and have a business that will be operating within the UK and am looking to incorporate in the UK or any EU territory that would be best.

Any recommendations for companies to use? I would need all relevant documents to be able to utilise credit card processing with UK/EU companies such as business address, director address and all other needed documents.

Here are the companies I am considering below. I would be open to incorporating wherever would be best. I operate in a high risk industry (SARMs) and have a few EU/UK processing companies I can work with but they all need UK or EU incorporation.

P.S Have heard conflicting reviews on turner little.

None of the companies you mention can provide a full end-to-end solution including unique, dedicated directors. If you go with someone you find through public channels, chances are they will at most provide you with the passport and proof of address of a director who has already appeared on dozens or hundreds of merchant accounts. That makes opening new merchant accounts difficult, especially if any of the previous merchant accounts have been terminated due to chargebacks or miscoding. You'll only be able to get aggregate merchant account solutions, which cost more to process but it's what most people do, and it usually works fine.

But if you want your own bespoke solution, the first thing you need to do is source individuals and documents to provide as nominees to PSPs, banks/EMIs for account opening, and when forming companies.
