What you say is this still a viable way to accomplish financial service business? I mean I don't want to get cough after investing aprox 20k into the setup!

It is still something you want to do also if you just need it for an high level of asset protection.

You need to make sure that you have all KYC documents available in order to start the stablishing of an PIF
- copy of passport
- utility bill not older than 3 months and notarized
- CV
- description for the use of the PIF
- The questionair completed returned to us (we will provide)
- Councillort KYC documents & Declaration form completed (we will provide)

The below point is important to note and to ensure that you are able to comply to:

warrant and confirm that I haven't been convicted of any criminal offence, been declared bankrupt (or the equivalent in any relevant jurisdiction), been disqualified from acting as a director of any corporate body or any similar position and nor do such persons hold or have held any material political appointment and are not related to a person who holds or has held a material political appointment.

No - it is 9 years since this was posted... lot's have changed, lot's have to be done different.

I assume @Martin Everson @Sols @CaptK and a few more can come up with something that may work better.
