Seems they finally understand how important it is to support crypto in their situation.

Probably they always knew but perhaps Satabank was holding them back. Now that they changed to Bulgaria and are basing their platform in a different financial institution, it seems they broke free.
Having said that, their new banking arrangements seems to be much weak/lame and they lost access to USD transfers once again.
I still don't know if being crypto friendly is something positive for them. The others banks may become scary to have any involvement with LeuPay and may cut them off. It seems Mistertango lost it's access to SWIFT and is also having troubles to receive SEPA payments.

To be crypto friendly is a lack of long term vision right now for me (in the actual way of the crypto business). As long as any state or corporation will not handle a crypto, the banking industry will do anything possible to shut down the business who allow people to withdraw their cash in crypto.
They will make some benefit in short term, but tomorrow they can loose everything if there is a EU regulation about the income from crypto.
In my opinion that's why Worldcore have all the trouble of the world for get a new partner for the bank details.

I guess it was difficult to arrange the services of correspondence bank considering the negative attitude of all Bulgarian bank to crypto businesses.

This can be a new business opportunity for Bulgarian banks.

PS: This is my personal opinion.

I think you are spot on. Crypto banking not possible in Malta.

Unless they become a euro currency only bank only one word describes their move into crypto >>>>> suicide.
