is there any privacy in regards to the UBO in Gibraltar? I have no problem with the GI government knowing I own the company there but I don't want my personal data exposed to the public...
Gibraltar has one of the least public but still public company registers. Information is known to the government and there is a register, but it's slow, expensive, and difficult to use.
