Getting sick of fraud what should I do

Ok well everyone who owns a web hosting company knows there will be a lot of fraud and well I closed all new sales due to it. What I plan to do is reopen except only sell dedicated servers since i get good deals on them.


So I would like to know the best possible way I can get someone to prove there identity for wire transfers and also other payment methods to eliminate fraud. I just need a few things I can do to eliminate it.

It can be rather difficult to get 100% clear proof of identity as customers can even supply with good fake identification. I would ask for a scanned or faxed copy of their company registration, ID card or passport and perhaps some type of utility invoice.
