get stripe official statement

Hello everyone, I am writing to ask for advice.

I received a wire transfer from Stripe to my Wise account.

The Wise folks have asked me for a variety of information and would like me to send them a statement from Stripe's last 3 months.

I can generate commercial reports from Stripe, but they are without header, signature, date, etc.

Wise folks want an official document from Stripe.

I contacted Stripe and they say they can't tailor a document for me.

If I go back to Wise and tell them this, I'm afraid they'll close my account.

How to best manage this situation?

I would send screenshot from your stripe account transactions.

Screenshots, or even send them login to your Stripe account (just change the password later) and tell them to check for themself. I'm surprised that it is not possible to print something from Stripe with their letter head on!

Can they offer you a basic account confirmation letter you can attach to statements? 🙁
