Get correspondent account for NZ fsp

I'm wondering is there anyway to get a correspondent account or access to a payment system for a NZ fsp. I have my own finance company in New Zealand, NZ allows finance company's to create money when making loans and everything a full licensed bank can do. I just need a way to send this money out. Does anyone have any suggestions

I am afraid, there are no simple answer on this
the simplest way is to get access to banking tools of other financial institution as "white label"
