Gambling website - Offshoring

We are working on an online gambling website.


Regarding the offshore company; we are looking at Belize and for the payment structure, a third party merchant account.


We are worried about excessive fees and transaction cost from using a third party merchant.


We would appreciate any feedback or suggestion.
