Great news! We've just successfully opened a bank account for OOO Rau Group Georgia with Jusan Bank in Kazakhstan, completely remotely. Attached is a screenshot as proof. This is another step in showing how reliable and efficient our remote account opening service is.

Opened the account recently successfully with these people. Took around 3 months in total, but everything was done remotely and otherwise smoothly. All documentation was mostly filled by them.

Currency payments (USD, EUR) via Jusan Bank take longer because you have to register currency contracts for each payment you make in foreign currency, but the support system is great, the people within the bank are easily reachable and it's not like you need to call the call center and wait in line, the bankers themselves help you solve issues/answer questions. Will update on the smoothness of transactions.

how/where did you learn about this offer, as it was only advertised on this forum less than a month ago?

they had a thread from back in August-September on this forum but it was deleted as I can see or replaced with this one recently

Do you mean that you opened the account with a help of @EasyAcc or you went directly with Jusan Bank?

Thanks for your review, does the Jusan bank support system is reachable in English, is the exchange with them smooth in this language ? Is the interface of their electronic banking system in English also ? and how about the app under Ios, I think only in Kazakh and Russian ?

Been downloading the jusan business app on Ios, and there is obviously an English version, also a demo version (in English) ... So I guess it is the same thing for the desktop version !

Interface can be changed between KZ/EN/RU. Talking to managers is easy (everyone is easily reachable via Whatsapp, EasyAcc give multiple managers to talk to - they reply pretty much instantly also), however, communication is only in Russian. All CIS countries basically communication in English is very difficult. Maybe EasyAcc might help with setting up but from then on all real work or assistance if you need from the bank itself will only be in Russian.
