Well, they give you invoice/trade confirmation, but said no for sale-purchase agreement. You are supposed to join their T&C, like with any exchange, no signed contract.
Cannot recommend them. They were inflexible to all my requests and extremely slow. Legal bits are some of the worst I have ever seen (fully consist of "your obligations", no "our obligations"). The trading and prices are available 9-5 weekdays. Well, you need to prefund them 3 BTC to get access to︀ that, otherwise you cannot see the prices at all. Can ask the guy for non-binding︁ price in chat though (0.1% worse than Kraken).
They don't pay attention to terms spelled︂ out in the agreement, no info on the website, no replies by e-mails. It all︃ boils down to "talk to that one guy
@JohnnyDoe mentioned". Well, the guy answers fast︄ and looks reasonable, I must give them that, but it feels like one-man-show. Not inspiring︅ at all.
BTW, it was a new unseen level of compliance lol. They said that︆ I needed to provide info on my accounts for some checks. Then I was asking︇ which accounts, what info etc and they were just silent for weeks...
